2024 Interior Holiday Décor Services
Do you wish you had that 'hallmark-looking' home during the holidays but don't know how or where to start.
Let Value Added Staging Solutions help you take the stress out of holiday decorating. You provide the décor and we will do the rest.
Services may include:
- Basic tree decorating
- Full-service tree set-up and decorating
- Full interior of home, including mantles, entryways, dining tables, console tables, beds, couches, etc.

Staging to Sell - Vacant & Occupied Homes
The Consultation: This is a one-on-one consultation as we tour room by room through your home. During this step, we will help establish a working plan of recommendations, timeline, and initial budget to ensure your home is market ready. The consultation is the most important step of the staging process. It is an objective assessment of your home’s condition, which will include paint recommendations, floors and ceiling, inside and outside, and of course, thoughtful suggestions on how to pack, remove, and place furniture to prepare your home to sell.
The Work (acting on the recommendations from the home consultation): This step can vary in complexity, from simple packing and rearranging furniture to more intense work such as painting and remodeling. This is where the homeowner can maximize savings by doing the work themselves, OR if needed, hire the appropriate trades people to get the job done.
Showcasing: The key to a successful sale is to showcase the home at its best. The buyer must be able to imagine themselves in your space. Showcasing will not only help to achieve this goal, but also, provide your home with a competitive edge. This will ultimately encourage the buyer to spend more money to make your house their home. Value Added Staging Solutions will work with most of your pre-existing furnishings to highlight your home’s unique features, creating the best flow, function, and emphasizing the main focal points. This is when the official staging of the home occurs – balancing colour, light, texture, accessories, and furniture placement to prepare your home for photographs. Additional accessories and/or furnishings may be required to complete your space. These items will be an additional cost.
